Registration and Accommodation

Registration opens December 16 2013 and closes on February 15 2014 .

The conference venue is Robinson College which is a modern college established in 1979. Jesus College , which hosts the conference dinner and offers accommodation, is located about 15 minutes´ walk from the conference venue at Robinson and is one of the historical colleges of Cambridge dating back to 1495.

It is recommended that delegates take advantage of the offer of accommodate for the three nights of the conference at Robinson or Jesus College. This is included in the registration fee for FULL Delegates. It is possible to book extra nights at either of the two Colleges but this must be done separately. A number of ´double´ rooms are available for participants with an accompanying person. All rooms are en-suite, got internet access, and are fit for the purpose of the conference and include breakfast.

Participants who do not wish to take advantage of the offer of college accommodation must register as DAY delegates and book accommodation themselves directly with a hotel. A list of hotels can be found at the webpage of the Tourist Information Centre .

Please note that due to space constraints it is very important that you register for the social events that you would like to attend. Only persons who have registered for the respective events will be allowed to participate. Therefore, please tick the appropriate boxes when registering for the conference.
