Practical matters
We have allocated 1 hour for each presentation (with 45 min. for
the presentation, 10 min. for the discussant and 5 min. for general
discussion). The Keynes Room has a data-projector and a computer, so
please bring your presentations on an USB drive.
We are as usual running this on a shoestring so it would be great if
you would consider booking the train tickets in advance (it is a LOT
cheaper that way). A couple of useful links:

We are planning for an early dinner (for speakers and discussants)
starting at 6pm.
Funding: We can reimburse travel expenses for speakers and discussants
only.
