I have recently been working on: (i) the role of large shareholders in corporate governance; (ii) contract enforcement in medieval trade. These reflect, respectively, my interests in: (i) corporate finance and governance; (ii) institutions. More generally, I am interested in a variety of topics in applied microeconomics and public economics.
