Dr. Flavio Toxvaerd was interviewed on BBC Scotland's Drivetime programme, where he talked about the UK's second lockdown being just one of the tools available to control COVID-19. He added that it does have a significant economic impact and is one of the most extreme of so called non-pharmaceutical interventions. Dr Toxvaerd's interview begins at 41:00.
