Making PPPs work again 

Cambridge-INET Postdoctoral Fellow, Rohit Lamba has had an article "Making PPPs work again" published in the Live Mint & Wall Street Journal. His article looks at Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and making the risks between private contractors and the government more transparent.
