What is ‘the Cambridge difference’ in teaching economics?

Professor Tiago Cavalcanti explains what matters is studying economic problems and their issues, plus additional training in political philosophy.

Prof. Cavalcanti is quoted in an article by the Chile newspaper Diario Financiero about ‘the Cambridge difference’ in teaching economics. 

The article highlights that two Faculty alumni who studied economics at Cambridge are in the new cabinet: the new minister of finance - Mario Marcel - and the secretary of the treasury, Claudia Sanhueza. Two other members of the new cabinet Claudia Sanhueza, the undersecretary of international relations José Miguel Ahumada and the undersecretary of tourism, Verónica Kunze, also studied in other faculties at Cambridge University.
