Discussion of Dasgupta Review findings

Sajid Javid MP and the Faculty’s Professor Sir Dasgupta will discuss the review, its key findings and next steps, in an event organised by the Harvard Kennedy School.

When he was the UK's Chancellor of the Exchequer in 2019, the Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP set the ambitious terms of reference for a landmark, independent, global review on the 'Economics of Biodiversity'. The review was led by the Faculty of Economics’ Professor Emeritus Sir Partha Dasgupta. It was to create insight into how financial and policy decisions can reverse biodiversity loss. Now in an online a study group organised by the Harvard Kennedy School, the Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP and Professor Sir Dasgupta will discuss the review, its key findings and next steps.
