The costs of climate change are getting lost on Capitol Hill

Dr. Kamiar Mohaddes's paper on Long-Term Macroeconomic Effects of Climate Change, has been quoted in the Washington Post.

The paper (joint with Matthew Kahn, Ryan Ng, M. Hashem Pesaran, Mehdi Raissi and Jui-Chung Yang) shows that the negative long-run growth effects of climate change are universal, and has just been accepted for publication in the Energy Economics journal.
