New podcast with Dr Toxvaerd on economics and public health

Dr. Flavio Toxvaerd explains how economics can be used to inform public health policy in a new podcast recorded by the London School of Economics.

In LSE’s ‘Beverage Report’ Podcast, named after the Liberal economist William Beveridge, the new presenter Sarah Wang speaks Dr Toxvaerd who is an LSE alumnus, and is now a University Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Fellow of Clare College.

He explains how he became interested in Economic Epidemiology, just how economics is impacting public health, and how the vaccine market works.
