New research by Professor Giancarlo Corsetti questions the assumption that voluntary social distancing has less economic impact than mandated social distancing in the current pandemic.

No Country ‘immune’ to COVID-19 Economic Shock 

Dr. Kamiar Mohaddes's research "A Counterfactual Economic Analysis of Covid-19 Using a Threshold Augmented Multi-Country Model" has been featured in an article for the University of Cambridge Research News. Economic Consequences of Covid-19 - Iran and Global 

Dr. Kamiar Mohaddes was interviewed for the Iranian newspaper, Donya-e-Eqtesad. The article looks at the impact of Covid-19 on the Iranian economy as well as the global economy.
