Biography


Holds degrees from the University of Copenhagen (BSc Economics, MSc Economics), the London School of Economics (MSc Econometrics and Mathematical Economics) and the London Business School (PhD Economics). Was awarded a Mid-Career Fellowship by the British Academy (2012-2013).

Coronavirus: Global Impact? - Seminar
The Cambridge Enterprise and Technology Club is hosting a virtual event called "Coronavirus: Global Impact?" on Thursday 19th March 2020, from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, and will be live streamed. Dr Flavio Toxvaerd will be presenting at the seminar on his research into vaccination and infectious diseases.

Teaching, Learning & Innovation Fund Award
Dr. Flavio Toxvaerd has been awarded a grant by the Teaching, Learning & Innovation Fund. Dr. Toxvaerd's project is "Understanding economic models through interactive graphs: a platform for visualisation and independent student experimentation using Mathematica".
