Sloan Foundation awards Economics a grant for meso-economics 

The co-principal Investigators Professor Vasco Carvalho, and Professor Matthew Elliott, have been awarded a grant of a quarter of a million US dollars by the Sloan Foundation to bring towards the mainstream of economics a branch of research on meso-economics.

Marshall Lecture 2022 - Prof. John Moore 

Professor Ariel John Moore (University of Edinburgh & London School of Economics and Political Science) will give this years Marshall Lecture on "Funding Horizons". The lectures will take place on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th October 2022, in Lady Mitchell Hall. Both lectures will start at 5.00pm. A question and answer session will take place after the second lecture.
