This conference was organized jointly with the National Bank of Belgium (Belgian central bank) for the Governors and Board Members of the central banks in the Belgian-Dutch IMF Constituency, which consists of 15 countries. Governors and senior officials from over a dozen central banks participated in this high-level conference.

This conference was part of the Dutch central bank Technical Cooperation International Workshop and Seminar Programme.
