Dr. Flavio Toxvaerd spoke to the BBC World Service about vaccine apathy and the hesitation amongst some members of the public to get vaccinated. Dr. Toxvaerd says that "vaccine hesitancy has always existed, but it has never really come to the fore as much as it has been in recent times" - (the external article is in French).
